Residents Find 'Nothing Salvageable' in Post-Flood Colorado

Flooding in some Colorado communities wiped out infrastructure, rendering many homes uninhabitable and stranding citizens. Displaced Coloradans now face the challenge of finding temporary housing and the "enormous task" of clean-up and rebuilding.
